To Open an Account
There are two types of accounts that are available to you.
I. Credit Card Account - This type of account will be opened when a
customer wishes to have their credit card charged for each purchase.
Heinrich Envelope Corporation® accepts MasterCard,
Visa and American Express credit cards.
II. Open Account - To open an account, include three commercial
references (firms with whom you are now buying on open account terms)
or bank references. An open account credit application must be signed
and submitted for approval. Upon approval of credit, all invoices are
payable in net 30 days from the shipment date. A 1 1/2% per month, at
an annual rate of 18%, service charge will be applied to all past due
accounts.
Invoices
Credit Card Account customers will have their credit card charged the
day of the shipment.
Open Account customers will be invoiced the day of the shipment. Monthly
statements will be sent including all invoices through the preceding calendar month. All invoices are due 30 days from the shipment date. A 1 1/2% per month, at an annual rate of 18%, service charge will be applied to all past due accounts.
Minimum Order
Due to the cost of entering and handling each individual order, any order under
$75.00 will incur a $10.00 small order fee.
Broken Cartons
As a general rule, we do not break cartons.
Price Lists
Heinrich Envelope Corporation® is committed to providing you with exceptional
quality at very competitive prices. Due to factors out of our control, Heinrich Envelope Corporation® reserves the right to change our pricing without notice.
Transportation for Stock Items
All envelopes are sold F.O.B. Minneapolis, Minnesota. Heinrich Envelope
Corporation® will ship the order by the most economical method unless specified. All freight charges will be billed to the customer. Heinrich Envelope Corporation® will ship via Collect methods when notified at the time of the order.
Return Merchandise - Stocked Items
If you need to return stock envelopees through no fault of the manufacturer, the
customer will be responsible for the following charges.
1) All freight costs
2) Restocking charge - 15% of total value of goods
Cancellations
Orders of special manufactured items cannot be cancelled unless the customer
assumes all manufacturing costs incurred prior to the time of cancellation.
Unavoidable Delays
The shipment or delivery of all orders accepted shall be contingent on strikes,
fires, accidents, delays of carriers, and all other causes unavoidable or beyond the manufacturer's control.
Cutting Dies
All standard dies and any special dies required remain the property of
Heinrich Envelope Corporation®.
Claims
Occasionally, errors do occur. Please contact Heinrich Envelope Corporation®
on any errors or shortages as soon as possible. Claims for errors or shortages must be registered within thirty days after receipt of goods. If you receive orders that appear to have been damaged by the shipping company please mark the shipper's paperwork as damaged when signing for the shipment, so the proper claims can be filed.
